BATHROOM: Galaxy’s Edge Market @ Hollywood Studios
Galaxy’s Edge is widely recognized as one of the best (if not the best) themed lands ever built. Creating a restroom experience that feels like it’s from another world was surely no easy task, but the immersion of Batuu continues into its restrooms, where imagineers deliver an experience unlike any other in Disney. Don’t skip this Certified Must Pee attraction on your next visit.
Ambiance 8/10
You’re on an alien planet and your bathroom visit should reflect that. As soon as you walk in you can’t help but look around because it’s so different from any place you’ve relieved yourself before. The audio, which is an interesting bubbling sound effect, is rather cool, but lost some points in comparison to its sister Galaxy’s Edge bathroom audio.
Decor 9/10
There’s not much more I could ask for here. The outside of the restroom blends in perfectly with the land. While the Restroom sign is written in English out of necessity, you can read a special message at the water fountain in Aurebesh. I absolutely love the cargo-vessel feel of the room that is especially prevalent in the stall doors. The centerpiece sink trough with vertical piping is an incredible touch and real eye-catcher.
Facilities 10/10
As you might expect, all of the facilities are top notch in this all-new restroom. Dyson dryers built into the middle sink trough are a beautiful touch. It’s worth nothing that the changing table is impressively large with 4 toilet paper dispensers and a private sink. Additionally, you can find companion bathrooms here. The best touch of all may be this amazingly well-themed bottle fill station directly outside. It’s a great way to make sure you can get back to this great bathroom as soon as possible!
Privacy 5/10
With only 2 restrooms servicing all of Batuu, you are likely to encounter a lot of traffic all day long in this location. The capacity is substantial enough that any sort of line should move fairly quickly. Because of the size, you can pretty easily grab a stall and fall into the abyss without worrying about someone hovering outside the door and waiting for you. The ambient sound also helps cover up any unexpected noises.

Moved to central Florida in 2005 to be able to visit the best Theme Bathrooms in the world whenever I want. I've left my DNA in every public restroom at Walt Disney World and am here to share my experience with each one. If you see my ankles under a stall door, don't be afraid to say hello!
